Return & Exchange Policy
At this time - we only accept returns on defective merchandise. Please be certain of your selections and review your cart before making payment. All products are unique and produced only after the order is placed. This means that returns and exchanges are not accepted if you order the wrong size, color, or simply change your mind.
In case of a damaged product or manufacturing error, you must contact us within 30 days of the date on the order receipt. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
We will work with you until we reach a satisfactory resolution. If your item is determined to be defective, we will reimburse you 100% of the item cost.
Viking Swag Company is not responsible for the cost of return postage on defective products.

To help us get back to you as quickly as possible, please follow these guidelines when contacting us by email:
- include your order number in the subject line
- include your name, email on the order, and order number in the message
- describe your situation in detail
- provide a clear photo showing the issue
Please note: for apparel made with DGT printing, there is a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We currently do not offer exchanges. If your item is defective and eligible as a return, we will issue a refund back to your original payment method. You should then make a separate purchase for the new, replacement item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
