Shipping Delivery Estimates
We do our best to process orders within 7 days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
If you have purchased a personalized item, please allow 3 - 4 weeks for delivery. Thank you for your understanding and patience. We strive to get your items out the door as quickly as possible.
All products are made just for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it may take a little longer for items to arrive to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction and prevents landfill waste.

Shipping Tracking Info
We currently only ship within the United States of America and its territories. We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ship parcels to you. You will receive a tracking number for your purchase. Because we are creating items with different production timings, you may receive multiple packages for one order.
We cannot guarantee that tracking information will be updated regularly on the USPS, UPS, or FedEx websites.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted to us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. If the order is determined to be lost, we'll cover the costs of shipping a replacement order to you.
We may ask for your help before doing that, like asking you to connect with the shipping carrier and try locating the lost order.
If the tracking number states your order was delivered but you say you haven’t received it yet, we cannot take responsibility to cover the cost of reshipping or refund the order.
There may be cases where the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at your address. Please reach out to the carrier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person. For example: “Left under the table on the back porch."
